The purpose of this study was to conduct a territorial diagnosis of Vila Leopoldina and the social impacts of the Brookfield Properties and WPP Group's development project. The technical study, developed by Tewá 225, considered the potential positive impacts and, to that end, identified the main vulnerabilities of the district and the project’s area of influence.
