This period, marked by the context of the post-COVID-19 pandemic, was a time for constructing the pillars of sustainable development. Therefore, Conservation International (CI) Brazil structured a Strategic Plan based on international agreements and biodiversity conservation. In this context, Tewá 225 conducted an evaluation of the results and impacts of the 2021–2025 Strategic Plan, based on the organization’s internal documents produced during the period and consultation with representatives from CI Brazil’s areas of operation. As a result, we developed a report of recommendations and facilitated a listening process to assist in the formulation of a Strategic Plan for 2026–2030.
